To access certain features such as our premium knitting courses, community forums, and pattern downloads, you must create a ClearGrove account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account or transfer it to another person. ClearGrove reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All purchases of courses, patterns, and digital goods are final at the time of sale. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept the product description and delivery terms.

Due to the digital nature of our knitting education materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a course or digital product has been accessed or downloaded. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in cases of technical error or duplicate purchase.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree to use ClearGrove services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any knitting patterns or course materials without written permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass other community members or post content that violates our community guidelines
• Use automated tools to scrape or download course content in bulk

All content on this website, including knitting patterns, video lessons, illustrations, and text, is the exclusive property of ClearGrove Knitting Studio or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

ClearGrove Knitting Studio provides all services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while following knitting or yarn-handling instructions. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
