How long do I have access to a course?

Lifetime access is included with every course purchase. You can return to your lessons at any time, and we regularly update content with new techniques and patterns.

Can I download the video lessons?

Video downloads are available for offline viewing on our mobile app. Desktop viewing works best when streaming directly from your browser.

Do courses require any prior knitting experience?

We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced pathways. Each course clearly states the skill level required on the catalog page.

Materials & Tools

Do I need to purchase yarn and needles separately?

Many projects include an optional kit at checkout. We partner with premium Scandinavian suppliers to offer curated yarn bundles that match the exact specifications of each project.

Where can I find the materials list before enrolling?

Every project page in the catalog shows the full materials list including yarn weights, needle sizes, and any specialty tools needed.

Community & Support

Is there a private community for students?

Yes. All enrolled students receive access to our private Fallows forum where you can share progress, ask questions, and receive feedback from our instructors.

How quickly can I get help if I’m stuck on a step?

Community responses are usually answered within hours. Instructors host live Q&A sessions twice per month in the forum.

Can I share my finished projects publicly?

Absolutely. Our Fallows page features a curated gallery of student work with credit to each maker.

Certificates & Completion

Do you offer certificates upon course completion?

Every course includes a digital certificate of completion that you can download and share on LinkedIn or your personal website.

Is there an option for physical certificates?

Yes. Students who complete any three studio courses can request a printed certificate delivered to their address free of charge.

Refunds & Policies

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window after purchase. After that we provide refunds on a case-by-case basis if you have not yet accessed the majority of the lessons.

Can I transfer my course access to someone else?

Course access can be transferred once per purchase. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to arrange the transfer.
